Titration of neurohormonal antagonists
This month we focus on titration of neurohormonal antagonists. It is recommended that only one of the neurohormonal antagonists (Beta-blocker, ACE, ARB, ARNI, Aldosterone antagonist) be increased at each visit. If the patient is hemodynamically stable, it is generally acceptable to double the dose of these agents when escalating the dose.
