Pay Dues
MSHP annual dues are non-refundable. Please follow the steps below to determine and pay your dues.
STEP 1: Determine your dues.
Dues are calculated based on which MSHP network you participate with. If you are not certain which network you are in, please contact your Provider Engagement Manager, email us at mshp@mountsinai.org, or call us at 877-234-6667.
If you are a member of MSHP’s Clinically Integrated Network
- - Dues for a Primary Care Provider: $500
- - Dues for a Specialist: $800
- - Dues for a Behavioral Health Provider: $250
- - Dues for a Non-MD/DO: $250
- - Dues for FQHCs: $2000 for each FQHC with $500 per FQHC location
If you are a member of MSHP’s IPA Messenger Model Network
- - Dues for a Primary Care Provider: $300
- - Dues for a Specialist: $300
- - Dues for a Behavioral Health Provider: $300
- - Dues for a Non-MD/DO: $300
- - Dues for FQHCs: $2000 for each FQHC with $500 per FQHC location
STEP 2: Calculate your dues
Please select the appropriate checkbox. More information will appear for you to enter the number of providers you are paying dues for today. Be sure to click on "Calculate Dues" for your total payment amount.
STEP 3: Indicate which providers or FQHC locations you are paying for. If you are completing this for your FQHC, you can indicate N/A in the last column when you indicate which FQHC locations you are paying for.
